Dj Sly G13Records 2010 Dj Sly DJ Sly began his journey as a DJ back in '92, and quickly gained a reputation as a DJ for the dancefloor, securing his first residency in '94 alongside MC Shaydee at Telepathy. It was at Telepathy where they met Bassman in '96 and few years later, and the three, alongside MC Trigga formed the Shadow Demon Coalition(SDC). Having played on various radio stations over the years, including the then pioneering internet station 'Interface', Sly made his way to Kool FM and became part of the HitSquad in '02. Nowadays you can catch Sly with MC Shaydee on Kools Super Sunday line up (fortnightly, Sunday 7-9 gmt). As a Producer, Sly began his journey alongside close friend LickShot. As their musical tastes changed and differed they took different paths and Sly hooked up with Pacso and a few years later Ego Trippin. Together Sly and Pacso built a studio, and with the technical guidance of Ego Trippin were able to form their own sound. Whilst still working with both Pacso and Ego Sly has a number of solo releases under his belt, and in 2010 took home the best breakthrough producer award at the Drum and Bass Awards.
